| Teen Stewardship Opportunities Stewardship is using your resources, that is, your time and talents, to willingly and lovingly help others. These are thoughtful but selfless acts that mean so much to so many people. Think of how good we really have it... then try to find ways to share your gifts. We will post some opportunities as we become aware of them; though remember, stewardship isn't finding an hour or two once in a while when you have nothing else to do and then do some charity work....... true stewardship is a way of life. |

The 8th graders of our school and Religious Education programs are being confirmed by Bishop Michael LaFay Wednesday, May 7, 2008. It is a tradition that following Mass I.M.P.A.C.T. Teens help prepare for and serve at a reception for the newely confirmed and theri families in order for them to meet Bisop Lafay. If you are interested in helping out and serving our St. Matthew community between 8-10PM that evening, please call Carmen in the Religious Education office at 630-469-5178. This is a great opportunity for service hours for school... or missionary hours for our Mission Trip!!! |
